Many clients notice improvements in how they feel within the first few sessions. For structural changes and significant pain reduction, most people experience meaningful results within 4-8 weeks of consistent training.
Very little! For beginners, just a small space to move (about 6'x6'), a wall, and a stable chair are enough to get started. As you progress, I might recommend specific tools, but we'll always work with what you have available.
